To the full extent permissible by applicable law, ECFI.PH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ECFI.PH will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
